Obligation free interview 3 appointments during your pregnancy covering pregnancy support, birth education and planning, postpartum preparation and planning. All appointments are individually tailored to help prepare you build confidence and trust in your body. Unlimited contact and support during your pregnancy - Answering any questions you may have so you can feel empowered throughout your pregnancy journey. Access to my library of pregnancy, birth and parenting books Access to affirmation cards, rebozo, peanut and birth ball Specific and individualised exercises/movements to help prepare the body for a positive birth and better postpartum On call period of 2 weeks before and after your "Due Date". Complete physical, emotional and informational support for the duration of your labour and birth. 1 postnatal visit to debrief and help * Additional postnatal visits - $150 per visit
